Option 1 — In the app
Delete it yourself
- Open the Zumi app and go to the Profile tab.
- Scroll down and tap Delete account.
- Confirm. Your account and personal data are deleted immediately.
Option 2 — By email
Can’t access the app?
Email hello@getzumi.app from the address on your account with the subject line “Delete my Zumi account.” We’ll process your request within 30 days.
Deleting your account is permanent and can’t be undone.
What’s permanently removed
- Account details
- Authentication identifiers
- Scan history
- Saved products
- Submitted label photos
- Feedback
- Session tokens
What’s retained
- Product information you contributed becomes anonymized and remains in the public catalog.
- Encrypted backups persist for up to 30 days before permanent removal.
- Legal records may be retained only as required by law.
